The all new Zyrus LP1200 Strada is second model version, based on the Lamborghini Huracán EVO. The Lamborghini Huracán is a sports car manufactured by Italian automotive manufacturer Lamborghini replacing the previous V10 offering, the Gallardo. Fully re-imagined with over 600 parts enhanced and changed; this is the ultimate road car that can be driven like a race car. After reaching a 2 years milestone of development and over 6000 km of track testing and racing in the Norwegian GT+ Championship, we can now launch the new road legal ‘LP1200 Strada’. This new ‘road legal’ option allows the driver to select horsepower modes at the touch of a button.
The 2022 Zyrus LP1200 Strada aim to be the ultimate track day machines, offered in limited production to customers worldwide. To meet road going vehicle specifications this version has available 900hp on the road, and at the touch of a button can be increased up to 1200 HP for track use. Through our unique electronic Smart Dash control system, customers control all options via a smartphone app. The weight, at 1427kg, is a fully road legal car with all the standard safety maintained, with 2010kg downforce at 200 kmph. All modifications and redesigns are made in Norway by company team of proud engineers and designers.
Zyrus Engineering is a small scale car manufacturer and engineering company located 180km north of Norway’s capital city of Oslo. Through several seasons the company have raced Lamorghini Huracáns in one of Europe’s most extreme race series. This has given us unique expertise in these cars in particular. As Zyrus Engineering saw the potential to further develop Huracáns to perform even better and more uncompromising, they transferred knowledge and experience into building extreme editions of Super Trofeo and Performante. Zyrus’s first car is a prototype based on the popular Super Trofeo chassis.
